Important Update for CPAWSB Learners: Introduction of Surcharge on Credit Card Payments from April 2024

As a part of our ongoing commitment to transparency and effective financial management, CPAWSB has announced a new policy that will affect how our learners make payments. Starting April 1, 2024, a non-refundable surcharge will be applied to all credit card payments. This update was communicated to all learners via email on March 1, 2024.

What You Need to Know:

• Adjustable Rate: The credit card surcharge rate might adjust with fluctuating interchange fees. We commit to notify you 30 days before any changes take effect. Please check the News section of our website for updates. 
• Surcharge Details: The surcharge on credit card payments will be approximately 1.77% and will not exceed 2.40%. This rate has been determined to offset the costs of credit card transactions, ensuring fairness in our pricing structure.
• Alternative Payment Methods on the Horizon: To minimize the impact of this new policy on our learners, we are actively working to introduce alternative payment methods. Details about these alternatives will be shared before the implementation date.
