The Aboriginal Financial Officers Association of Alberta (AFOA Alberta), the CPA Western School of Business (CPAWSB), and CPA Canada, in collaboration with Indigenous subject matter experts, have created:

CPA preparatory courses for Indigenous learners

CPA preparatory courses for Indigenous learners, offers an effective path to complete the prerequisite courses for entry into the CPA Professional Education Program (CPA PEP). Course enrollment and registration is OPEN.

CPA Professional Education Program (PEP) modules for Indigenous learners

CPA PEP modules tailored for Indigenous learners, provides the essential modules to complete CPA PEP. Course enrollment and registration is OPEN.

If you've completed the 14 prerequisite courses and meet all additional entry requirements for the CPA PEP, these are for you. 

These courses and modules are meticulously designed for Indigenous learners. Each is taught by Indigenous instructors and supported by Indigenous facilitators, incorporating Indigenous culture and context through a mix of synchronous, asynchronous, in-person, and remote learning techniques.
