Remark (Appeal)

For the CPARE, no remark option is available. Refer to the CPARE Program Guide for details.

PDPA and PDPA-Tax learners have the option to request and purchase a remark for the entire exam. Before doing so, review the "Interpreting your CPA Examination Results" letter for vital remark process information. Remark fees are refunded if the remark changes the results from fail to pass. The remark results are communicated by email.

To initiate a remark request, please follow these steps:

1. Visit the CPAWSB My CPA Portal and navigate to the Exam Registration page.
2. Click “View” next to the unsuccessful examination and follow the steps.
3. Complete the process by paying the examination review invoice. The deadline for submitting a remark request is available on the CPAWSB PDE schedules webpage, and is typically the Monday following the Friday results release.

Learners who received an overall "FAIL" on their exam may choose to rewrite the exam at the next session without retaking the entire module.
