To be eligible to transfer from Western Canada to another province or region, learners must be active for the current academic year, in good standing with the School, have no outstanding fees owing, and if applicable, all good character declarations must be resolved. All experience completed in the West must be reported and up to date in PERT.
Only candidates who have permanently relocated to another region should request a transfer. If the move is temporary, you can arrange with the Module Services team to attend workshops and write exams in the temporary location while remaining enrolled with CPAWSB.
To start the transfer process, CPA PEP candidates contact [email protected] to request the official transfer form. CPAWSB will notify the new region of the transfer request and send them the learner’s file. The new region will then contact the learner with enrollment instructions. Candidates who transfer between regions are not required to pay the CPA PEP initial registration fee when they enroll in the new region. Learners will be assessed dues based on when the transfer process is completed. Depending on the time of year the transfer is completed, learners may be eligible for a pro-rated refund of dues paid to CPAWSB.
