Creating a My CPA Profile FAQ
My CPA portal is CPAWSB’s online portal for applicants and learners to create and access their online profile, and to manage administration related to CPA education, including requesting a transcript assessment (only if required); submitting an admission application for CPA PEP or CPA preparatory courses; registering for courses, modules, or exams; managing your program progress; paying fees; and more. The portal is located at my.cpawsb.ca .
Enter the My CPA Portal directly at my.cpawsb.ca . You will also find a link to the My CPA Portal in the top right-hand corner of every page on the CPAWSB website and under PORTALS in the main menu.
No. My CPA portal is not currently supported on mobile devices. When creating or accessing your profile, it’s best to use a laptop or desktop computer with Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome as your browser.
You are required to use your legal name when you create your My CPA Profile. If you have a preferred name that you like to use for correspondence, please enter that name in the optional Preferred Name field.
Including your complete post-secondary education history will help CPAWSB staff determine what education-related documents are available to ensure that you submit everything you will need to meet the requirements for admission into the CPA Professional Education Program (CPA PEP). Listing everything doesn’t mean that all the documents will be required but it ensures nothing is missed or unknown and will help avoid any unnecessary delays in the admission process.
After you complete creating your My CPA profile, you’ll receive a welcome email and a second email with instructions and a link to create a password. Your profile will only be activated after you create a password. If you do not receive the follow-up emails, check your junk email inbox. If they are not there, contact an admission advisor by emailing [email protected] or calling 1.866.420.2350 ext. 6001.
You can log in to your profile at any time to update your contact information or post-secondary education, view your account, or to access the different functions that your profile provides. It is important that you keep this information up-to-date and relevant.
