Peer Studying
Many learners find that having a study partner, whether in-person or online, is an excellent source of support during the CPA certification program to review concepts or for examination preparation. To support learners in finding study partners despite their location or nature of their employment, CPAWSB has created a CPAWSB Peer Study list of learners looking to form a peer study group. Learners will receive invitations before the next session begins.
After giving consent to release contact information (first name; email address; location), learners are added to the list and receive access to it. Learners can support each other by connecting online or in person. Peer study groups often involve marking each other's cases and assignments or creating technical study groups. When engaging with peer study partners, you are responsible for ensuring that you comply with the CPA Canada Plagiarism Policy, as well as the plagiarism guidelines provided within the CPA Canada Candidate Guide, the CPA Canada Harmonized Education Policy, and the CPAWSB training contract.
