Maintaining Eligibility in the Module

Extensions for Missed Submissions  

CPA Canada and CPAWSB Candidate Guides state that late submissions will not be accepted. In some cases, candidates may face extenuating circumstances that make it difficult to complete and submit module assignments by the stated deadlines. In such cases, candidates may request an extension. If granted, an extension can provide an opportunity to improve the overall module grade.

Workshop Accommodation  

Eligibility to write the module-end examination may be affected if a candidate misses part or all of the module workshop. However, candidates may submit an “Accommodation Request” through My CPA Portal. If a workshop accommodation is approved, candidates must complete the necessary makeup activities to ensure eligibility for the module’s final exam.
